August 4, 2016 Scarsdale, NY . Jack Davis, a renowned illustrator and avid paddle player, died on July 27, 2016 at the age of 91. During his distinguished career, Davis gained recognition for his artwork in Mad Magazine and the 26 covers he created for Time Magazine.
